Our screen printing department has the capabilities of printing up to 8 spot colors or 4-color process. Spot color graphics are produced by printing one color at a time. The inks used in spot color printing are opaque and are referenced by the Pantone Matching System (PMS) for color accuracy. Artwork that requires more colors such as photographs and detailed drawings may be printed as 4-color process. 4-color process is the process of printing 4 transparent colors (inks) to achieve a full color or photographic image. These colors are layered over one another, which produces the entire range of colors that make up the final image.

We can also digitally print high quality permanent artwork in full color on white or light garments. This process is ideal for short runs and will give you the most photorealistic print available.
